Creating a new logo and website design for a shipping company to showcase their fleet.


The client needed a visual refresh of their logo, as it hadn’t been updated in a long time and needed a more modern approach.

After studying their characteristics and competitors, the initial sketches led to an abstract S that finally evolved in a more figurative star mark. After several iterations the final form was created, showing the pentagon (main element of the brandmark) with the more subtle shape of the vessel.

The wordmark’s font emphasises the pointy terminals of the font, whose shape is directly related to the form of the star.

Aside from the logo, a new colour palette was developed to be used in their website, which was designed after successfully finishing the first part of the project.
